Now for our 4th of July! I'm not gonna lie, it was NOTHING like last year when we got to spend the day in San Francisco and just be with friends and family! This year Bobby was in Vegas all day and wasn't supposed to be home till about 10 or 11 that night! So I was pretty sad because I do love the 4th of July and doing all the traditional things that you're supposed to do! Anyways, Bobby was lucky enough that they got to leave Vegas at about 4 and get home at 7! I didn't really have anything planned or any dinner prepared... So when Bobby got home he asked me if I could have anything I wanted for dinner that night what would it be... My answering being the classic Idaho girl that I am was, "A big juicy steak with loaded mashed potatoes!" Well... We didn't have any steak or potatoes... and had NO desire to go to the BUSY grocery store... So I said that my 2nd choice would definately be Wendy's! So we went to Wendy's and even ate THERE! Which we never eat in at a fast food joint! We were the only ones in there and we loved every second of being together for the first time in 3 days! For the rest of the night we just went back to our apartment and planned on going outside and sitting on the grass to watch the fireworks at the Quakes stadium... We started relaxing and watching a movie and TOTALLY forgot about the fireworks until we heard them going off! So instead we got to watch the fireworks from our bedroom window!(A little different from the San Francisco Bay last year!) But we still got to kiss under some fireworks and to be completely honest I WOULD NOT HAVE WANTED TO SPEND MY 4TH OF JULY ANY OTHER WAY! I was just soooo happy to be with the man that I love that I wouldn't have wanted one thing to be different! Besides... the next day Bobby's brother-in-laws parents had a barbeque and invited us! So we DID get our 4th of July barbeque!
