Baby, OH BABY!

That's RIGHT! Bobby and I are extremely happy to announce that we have decided to promote Boston to BIG BROTHER! ;)
Baby Girl Martinez is set to arrive by November 13th of this year!
I can honestly say that we are soooo THRILLED to be having this cute welcomed surprise in our family! I was extremely nervous about having another baby, mainly because I can't imagine sharing that love that I have for Boston with another little person.

Bobby has been saying for the last little while(year!) that he wants a "little girl." This being the reason we are having a Little Girl! Bobby usually get's what he wants! ;)

As of today I'm 18.5 weeks pregnant! Can you believe that I kept it a secret from my blog that long!? I can't! We didn't even tell our families until I was 15 weeks along and had 2 appointments! And the only reason we told then was because I'm pretty sure Bobby was going to BURST! ;) But I'm so happy we did. It's been fun to have our families and close friends to be excited with.
Sorry if you can't read it. (pic taken with my phone!)
This is how we told my dad. Bobby kind of surprised me with telling me to come into the hall and bring Boston with me. He then pulled out the shirt that I had bought for Boston! I didn't realize we were going to be telling yet! ;)
Anyways, if you can't read it, it says,
OOPS!
They did it again
I'm gonna be a
Big Brother!
It was fun seeing my dad and Susan read the shirt and then it "click!" My dad was really excited! And I can tell he was even more excited with us having a girl!

This pregnancy has FLOWN by! Probably because I already have one munchkin on my hands that keeps me extremely occupied! The horrible thing is that this pregnancy has also been a lot harder on me then Boston. I've been a lot more sick, a lot more tired, and have had some ear problems! Meaning I've been pretty congested in my one ear... Talk about annoying! This has also been my main reason for not blogging too often... NOW YOU KNOW! ;) So if you've seen me recently and thought to yourself hmmm... looks like Lindsey's packing on the pounds.  It's because I am! I'm so over this just being fat stage!

Today's ultrasound was pretty fabulous. I cried. Big surprise. I cried with Boston too. (one more thing that pregnancy does to me! i cry. a lot. Bobby hates it.)
She is already taking after me and was very stubborn during her ultrasound. During most of it her head was facing my spine. So this is the best profile we could get!
Her cute feet... (can I just tell you how nice it is to say HER instead of IT!)
And unlike with Boston... There is NOTHING there! ;)
She even showed us the 3 little lines/dots making sure we new that's what it was! thanks tech!

Now let me tell you this. I know that my mom HAND PICKED this little girl for us. This is actually what makes me really nervous about having a little girl.. She always told me she hoped I had a daughter just like me. So I can only imagine what she's taught her! ;)

Can't wait to meet you in November, Baby Girl!

Congrats! So excited for you. Little girls are sure different than little boys. But so much fun in their cute little girl ways!
